How can I order?
You can visit our website, select the birdcage or species you like. We take
online orders 24/7, and our staff is more than happy to assist with any
requests you may have.
What are your hours?
We're available Mon - Fri from 10:00am - 3:00pm, EST.
How do I pay?
We accept all kinds of cards, Visa, American Express, Master Card, etc. For
all local buyers, we also accept cash on delivery.
How do I know my
order has been confirmed?
Usually, when you book an order, a confirmation email is sent within the
next 24-48 hours. However, if you don't receive one in the said time, that
means the order is still to be confirmed. This comes down to a couple of
factors, such as the kind of dove you ordered, its availability in the stock,
and breeding time. Since we only sell young birds, some of the orders have to
be put on the waiting lists.
How do you ship your
doves?
We ship our birds using an airbox to keep them comfortable. We can ship
them via Commercial Air or United States Postal Services Priority Mail,
especially for the young birds.
Do you ship outside
the US?
Unfortunately, due to the practical and regulatory restrictions set by the
United States Postal Service for carrying live birds, we do not ship birds
outside of the US. We are also unable to ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico,
and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
How old are your bird
doves?
Typically, we wait for about 2 - 3 months before shipping the dove birds to
you. The birds range from 3-18 months old.
Why are your shipping
charges higher than the quoted amount?
We strive to ensure accurate shipping charges. However, some circumstances
can affect the final shipping cost. We will contact you before shipping if the
shipping cost is higher than the previous quotation before checkout.
How long after
ordering will the bird arrive?
Unfortunately, some bird shipments may arrive a little late, a situation
that may be out of our hands. Timely shipping/ postal routing is not always
available to all zip codes. However, if there are no hindering factors, expect
your bird shipment to be there in the shortest time possible.
Will I receive the
exact bird shown in the photos on your site when ordering?
Unfortunately, no. The bird photos are just depictions of
the bird species. There may be a slight variation between the images we display
and the actual birds you receive.
Can I cancel or
change my order?
If you think the waiting time is too much or you want to change the order
once it has been placed, send us an email. You can also contact our customer
services after placing the order. Remember, if the order has already been
processed and en route, then cancellation or changing of order is not possible.
What is the delivery
time?
As soon as the order and the availability are confirmed, we ship out your
order. Once shipped from our side, it would usually take 2-4 days, depending on
your location. However, some bird species have a high demand and can take up to
six months for their shipment. In any case, we will keep you updated.
What about if I
receive a dead bird?
We take special care in sending Doves to your doorstep. However, if the
worst occurs, send us a picture of the bird when you receive it. Our
investigators will determine the party at fault and make a decision. If we are
at fault, you are subjected to complete money back.
Why isn't there an
option for a male or female dove bird?
Determining the sex of the dove bird is not easy, and we cannot guarantee
the gender without further analysis or tests, which may cost you a little
extra.
Do you do home
deliveries?
Unfortunately, we prefer you pick up the shipment from the local post
office as soon as you are alerted of their arrival. If you cannot pick them,
you can arrange a home delivery to your address with the post office. Doves

Talk to us if you have any special requests concerning your order or shipment. We can ship select mature birds
direct to your hometown post office via the EXPRESS MAIL service. If you are
buying locally, we can arrange a pick-up for you once you have settled the
payment.
